We want MobilPillow™ to give you better rest on your breaks. If it doesn't, our 30-day guarantee has you covered.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return and refund. Use it on your breaks and see how it works for you. If you're not happy with it, let us know within those 30 days.

Condition of returns

Please deflate the pillow, clean it, and send it back with the items that came in the box, including the carry bag, sleep mask and ear plugs. Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method and email you to confirm.

Damaged or wrong items

If your MobilPillow™ arrives damaged or defective, or you got the wrong color or item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to start a return

• We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
• Please don't mail anything back before you hear from us, so we can match your return to your order.
